Who we are

A local team, not a national franchise

Hoult Bros Dumpster Rental Racine runs roll-off dumpster rental for homeowners, contractors and businesses across Racine County — straight, flat-rate pricing and a container delivered by the same company you talked to on the phone. When you call (262) 383-3695, you're booking directly with the company that stands behind your delivery — our truck, our team, our yard, start to finish. There's no outside crew or subcontracted driver in someone else's paint, and no third-party referral network standing between you and the people running the truck.

Our regular route stays focused on Racine and the five communities around it that make up the core of Racine County — Mount Pleasant, Caledonia, Sturtevant, Union Grove and Waterford. It's the same ground our drivers cover every week, which is exactly why we can tell you plainly what a delivery to your street actually involves instead of reading it off a script.

How we run

A small team, not a call center

Every call to (262) 383-3695 rings a real desk connected to our 6143 Regency W Dr yard, not a national dispatch queue reading off a script. It's a small team on purpose — people who know a Root River corridor address or a Sturtevant industrial-park street when they hear it described, can size a container over the phone without guessing, and are still there the next time you call. We'd rather stay small and know the ground we cover than grow past the point of actually knowing it.

What we stand on

Things we will not trade away

  • Local, not a call center

You reach a real Racine team, not a national dispatch queue. The person who answers knows which Racine County streets a loaded roll-off can actually turn onto and which local rules apply that day.

  • Flat-rate pricing, no surprises

Delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal rolled into one flat-rate price based on the size you book, the debris type and how long you keep it. If something would push you over, we tell you before the truck ever leaves the yard.

  • Same-day when you need it

Call early and most Racine and Racine County orders go out the same or next day. Live jobsite swap-outs get priority over everything else on the schedule.

  • Run by Nathaniel Hoult

Founder & CEO Nathaniel Hoult and the Hoult Bros Dumpster Rental Racine team coordinate every delivery out of our 6143 Regency W Dr yard — not a national dispatch desk. We know which Racine County roads a loaded roll-off can actually reach.

  • The right box, not the biggest

Weight fills a container long before volume does. We will talk you into the smaller can if that is the honest answer for your job.

  • Loads sorted the right way

Metals, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet and clean concrete all get routed for recovery instead of buried wherever's easiest — we will tell you what has to come out of the box before it ever reaches the scale.

Where we work

Racine, the Belle City of the Lakes

Racine was first settled in 1834 by Captain Gilbert Knapp at what was then called "Port Gilbert," and was incorporated as a city in 1848 — the same year Wisconsin became a state. The name itself comes from the Root River, which runs through downtown to Lake Michigan and gave the city its French-derived name ("root"). Racine has long carried the nickname "Belle City of the Lakes," a title dating back at least to a 1916 county history. SC Johnson, founded here in 1886, still calls Racine home, and its campus holds two genuine Frank Lloyd Wright landmarks — the Administration Building, with its famous "Great Workroom" held up by slender dendriform columns and roughly 43 miles of Pyrex glass tubing standing in for windows, and the 153-foot cantilevered Research Tower. Nearby sits Wingspread, the Wright-designed Johnson family estate now run as an educational conference center, and the Golden Rondelle Theater, which began life as the Johnson's Wax Pavilion at the 1964–65 New York World's Fair before being relocated to Racine and reopened here in 1967.

Racine's industrial roots run just as deep: the J.I. Case Company was founded here in 1842, and its agricultural lineage carries on today as Case IH, part of CNH Industrial — well over 175 years of continuous operation tied to this city. The Racine Art Museum holds a collection widely described as the largest and most significant collection of contemporary craft anywhere in North America, and Wind Point Lighthouse, built in 1880 and standing 108 feet tall, is one of the tallest on the Great Lakes. Racine is also often described as home to one of the largest concentrations of Danish-American heritage in the country — the kringle, a layered Danish pastry sold at bakeries across the city, became Wisconsin's official State Pastry in 2013. And a few miles inland, Mount Pleasant is now home to one of the country's largest active AI data-center construction projects, on a site that has driven a real, ongoing wave of construction and contractor activity across our service area.

Racine is genuinely the seat of Racine County, which was formed in 1836 and had an estimated population of roughly 197,700 as of the 2020 Census — any figure beyond that is our own estimate, not a confirmed count. Sitting directly on Lake Michigan gives our work a seasonal rhythm most inland cities don't have: lake-effect snow bursts in the winter, real and recurring spring flooding along the Root River, and occasional severe thunderstorms with infrequent, generally weak tornadoes — real risks, but nothing close to a "Tornado Alley" reputation. That mix of a working industrial city, a growing construction corridor and a genuine lakefront climate is exactly the range of jobs our crew covers every week.

Meet the work

What a normal week looks like

Monday might open with an office or renovation cleanout near the SC Johnson campus — the kind of job covered in our SC Johnson-area cleanout guide — then a construction swap-out out toward the Mount Pleasant data-center corridor, sized honestly in our Mount Pleasant construction debris guide. Tuesday could be a roofing tear-off anywhere from downtown Racine to Caledonia, right-sized in our roofing dumpster sizing guide.

Industrial and logistics-area accounts around Sturtevant, land-clearing jobs out toward Union Grove and historic-home renovations in Waterford's old Fox River mill district keep our commercial and residential crews busy through most weeks — each covered honestly in its own guide on our blog rather than treated as interchangeable. And when spring snowmelt or a heavy rain event pushes the Root River toward flood stage, homeowners clearing wet, damaged basement contents are a call we plan for every year — covered plainly, with real, dated local flood history rather than guesswork, in our Root River flooding guide.

Common questions

About Hoult Bros Dumpster Rental Racine

Who runs Hoult Bros Dumpster Rental Racine?

Nathaniel Hoult, our founder & ceo, leads the company out of our 6143 Regency W Dr yard in Racine, alongside a small team that books, schedules, drives and follows up on every job across Racine County. There's no national call center between you and the people running your delivery — you're talking to the company itself.

Is it really your own truck and your own crew on every job?

Yes. Hoult Bros Dumpster Rental Racine runs your rental directly — our truck, our team, our yard, start to finish. We don't pass your job off to another company or a stranger driving a truck in someone else's paint. The person who answers the phone at (262) 383-3695 is the same company that shows up with the container.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed to operate in Wisconsin and carrying general liability and commercial auto coverage. Contractors and property managers who need documentation on file before we come on site can ask when they call.

What areas do you cover?

Racine and out to Mount Pleasant, Caledonia, Sturtevant, Union Grove and Waterford — that's our regular run out of the 6143 Regency W Dr yard, covering the core of Racine County. If your address sits just outside that list, call anyway — we cover a lot of ground beyond it, too.

Do you know Racine's and Racine County's permit rules?

We work inside them every week. Racine County doesn't run one countywide waste ordinance — each community sets its own rules, and that includes street- and right-of-way placement. Inside Racine, we point customers to the city's own Department of Public Works to confirm specifics; other cities on our route handle it their own way. We'll tell you plainly which situation your address falls into rather than guess. See our permit guide below for the full picture.

Do I need a permit for my dumpster?

In most cases, no — a container that sits entirely on your own driveway or property generally does not trigger a right-of-way permit. A street or curb placement is a different matter, and the rule changes community to community across Racine County — see our permit guide below, or just ask when you call and we'll tell you plainly what applies to your address.

My street is narrow, or I'm not sure a container will fit. Can you still deliver?

Almost always, yes. Older residential blocks near downtown Racine and along the Root River corridor are something we size and place around regularly, and the same goes for the tighter streets in some of the smaller Racine County villages we serve. Curb-lane placement, a different driveway angle, or a smaller container set differently are all normal answers. Describe the spot when you call — a two-minute conversation up front beats a failed delivery on the day.

Do you work with contractors and property managers on ongoing accounts?

We do, and a good share of our week is repeat trade with builders, remodeling contractors and property managers running more than one site across Racine County. The steady construction activity around Mount Pleasant in particular keeps our commercial and construction schedule busy right along with our residential jobs. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent handling across every site, and one line to call instead of a different vendor for every job.

Roughly what does a dumpster rental cost in Racine?

We run flat-rate pricing — one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal, based on the container size you book, the type of debris and how long you keep it. There's no published price list because job specifics genuinely change the number — call and we'll give you a straight, specific quote for your job, free, before anything is scheduled.
